We completely understand choosing the right school can be a daunting task for most parents. To make this Registration Process convenient, we welcome parents to arrange an appointment to observe class in-session prior to enrollment.

School Tour Year-Round 

​

We invite families within our community to virtual tour our school. This is a conversational experience to enhance further knowledge of the curriculum and outdoor activities for the new school year at Neo Immersion Montessori School. Our staff will be able to introduce themselves and provide overview of teaching approach in collaboration with parents throughout the school year. Open Enrollment | January-March

After attend a tour with your child, School Director can immediately assist in registering your child based on available opening. If you are thinking ahead and would like to enroll your child for the upcoming academic school year, we will put you on our Admissions Priority list with tuition deposit commitment. New students are highly recommended to start at 3 years old by 1st day of school date. If opening becomes available, email notification will be sent to you with details of our Registration Process and Admission Forms. First Friday of March is the last Day to submit Admission Form for enrollment consideration.

Registration | 5-7 Days

We ask all parents who plan to enroll at NIMS complete the following Registration Process in advance:

​

• Fill-out and submit the Admissions Application 

• Pay the non-refundable Registration fee ($350)

• First and last month tuition payments or other options with discounted incentives available (see Tuition for further details)

• Schedule child's Assessment Visit (half-day) with the School Director

• Complete, sign, and submit the Enrollment Form Agreements  

• Review and Sign Acknowledgement for Parent Handbook

• Take an Orientation Tour and Set-Up Walk-Through 

• Schedule recurring virtual ILM Parent Meets with the School Director (before first week of school)

After complete Registration, you will be given a Parent Welcome Packet and access to school communication mailing list online. All forms must be completed before a child can begin school.
